Refund policy

We stand behind our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your persimmon soap, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked, whether the item has been opened or used.

To start a refund, contact us at veloraamore@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds on gift cards.
